OR equivalent experience
3+ years people management experience
Project Management certification (PMI) or equivalent

What the job involves
Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
Lead operational executive relationships with key customers to further Microsoft's customer success goals through value recognition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
Guide team in identifying, resolving, and mitigating blockers to accelerate consumption and ensure customer adoption and active usage of Microsoft products and services.
