Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
- CPA required
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience including leadership
- 7+ years working in the order to cash cycle from contract review through cash collection
- 3+ years in an ASC 606 revenue recognition environment strongly preferred
- Experience overseeing complex high-volume financial operations preferred
- Deep expertise in reconciliation-intensive environments accruals reserves and restricted funds
- Experience with ERP systems and financial or program management platforms
- Ability to operate in a fast paced evolving environment with high ownership

Day to day
- Lead financial operations for patient affordability programs with strong governance and disciplined execution.
- Own restricted funds oversight reconciliation controls and program close-out processes across high-volume accounts.
- Partner closely with Operations Compliance Legal and Technology to improve financial frameworks reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
