Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field required
  • CPA required
  • 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience including leadership
  • 7+ years working in the order to cash cycle from contract review through cash collection
  • 3+ years in an ASC 606 revenue recognition environment strongly preferred
  • Experience overseeing complex high-volume financial operations preferred
  • Deep expertise in reconciliation-intensive environments accruals reserves and restricted funds
  • Experience with ERP systems and financial or program management platforms
  • Ability to operate in a fast paced evolving environment with high ownership

Day to day

  • Lead financial operations for patient affordability programs with strong governance and disciplined execution.
  • Own restricted funds oversight reconciliation controls and program close-out processes across high-volume accounts.
  • Partner closely with Operations Compliance Legal and Technology to improve financial frameworks reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
