Requirements
- Active CPA license
- Five to eight years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Minimum of two years in a senior finance leadership role
- Direct experience in AdTech MarTech Tech/Data SaaS or online marketplaces
- Working knowledge of revenue-share structures usage-based billing multi-party flow-through revenue and platform-driven payment timing
- Strong command of GAAP revenue recognition ASC 606
- Demonstrated FP&A capability and driver-based financial modeling
- Experience with Quickbooks and financial system integrations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Working experience with a general ledger system Hubspot or Salesforce CRM and AP automation tools
- Extremely strong attention to detail and sound commercial judgment
- Ability to operate independently and own finance and accounting end-to-end

Day to day
- Lead the accounting and FP&A functions as the company's senior finance owner during a pivotal growth stage.
- Own full-cycle accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, payroll oversight, and repeatable internal controls.
- Manage revenue operations, billing, cash flow, and board-ready financial materials with precision and commercial judgment.
