Requirements
- 6 to 8 years driving performance marketing at scale
- Ownership of large paid marketing budgets including 8 to 9 figure annual spend
- 8 figure paid social budget experience
- Hands on keyboard channel management experience
- Strong expertise in paid social
- Experience in early stage startups or high growth ecommerce
- Strong creative judgment
- Ability to operate as a cross channel integrator
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High analytical fluency with self serve diagnosis tools
- Strong experimentation and funnel CRO mindset
- Familiarity with incrementality and measurement approaches

Day to day
- Drive profitable acquisition growth across the full paid channel mix including paid social search video affiliate creator partnerships and offline media
- Lead prioritization and execution with agency partners and internal teams to improve performance within CPA and payback guardrails
- Build and optimize a high-volume creative testing engine and performance asset pipeline to fuel scalable new customer acquisition
- Own daily performance monitoring measurement and experimentation while translating insights into corrective actions and growth opportunities
