Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in SEO growth or digital strategy roles ideally in SaaS
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic and driving meaningful business outcomes
- Deep expertise in technical SEO content strategy and website optimization
- Strong understanding of websites as growth products including UX CRO and information architecture
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Engineering and Content teams
- Highly analytical with ability to translate data into insights and action
- Comfortable operating strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving environment
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing tools
- Familiarity with modern SEO and GEO tooling such as GSC Ahrefs Screaming Frog Profound and AirOps
- Proactively incorporate AI tools into day to day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery

Day to day
- Own and evolve Muck Rack’s organic growth strategy across SEO GEO and website performance
- Lead technical SEO on-page optimization site architecture and generative engine optimization while partnering with content to scale search driven content
- Drive website strategy experimentation and CRO across the funnel collaborating with Product Engineering and Design to improve UX performance and conversion
- Define growth metrics and build a high performing team over time as the function scales
