At least 5 years of experience in a high-ranking position in a product marketing department
Vast experience in the creation and execution of highly detailed go-to product market plans
Ability to influence and move the product marketing team and stakeholders towards a unified direction
Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and drive results across teams (including remote colleagues) and at all levels of an organization
Strong analytical skills, as well as a passion for product analysis, competitive analysis, and market dynamics
Strong ability to synthesize market data and provide solutions even on short notice or constraint deadlines
Creative ability to craft product messaging that resonates and connects with our audiences
Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written form
Strong project management skills, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies, and risk factors
Capacity to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities while giving excellent attention to detail

Oversee product marketing activities for Wileys Publishing Partners segment, including workflow solutions, publishing services, and our content discovery platform
Ensure alignment and communication between your team and other departments, aligning Wiley’s Publishing Solutions vision and messaging with market needs
