Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of enterprise B2B sales or partnerships experience
- Proven track record of closing complex high-value agreements
- Minimum 3 years of direct experience in fintech banking e-wallet super apps or ride-hailing
- Ability to build and manage a senior-level pipeline from the ground up
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in commercial partnership agreements revenue share models or API integration partnerships
- Bachelor's degree as a minimum Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
- Fluency in English required proficiency in French German or another European language is a strong advantage
- Established network of senior relationships within target industry verticals
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high autonomy

Day to day
- Identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise partnerships across Europe for mobility and financial services solutions
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through contract execution and onboarding
- Build a strong regional pipeline, lead complex negotiations, and deliver signed agreements in a fast-paced scale-up environment
