Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of enterprise B2B sales or partnerships experience
  • Proven track record of closing complex high-value agreements
  • Minimum 3 years of direct experience in fintech banking e-wallet super apps or ride-hailing
  • Ability to build and manage a senior-level pipeline from the ground up
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in commercial partnership agreements revenue share models or API integration partnerships
  • Bachelor's degree as a minimum Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
  • Fluency in English required proficiency in French German or another European language is a strong advantage
  • Established network of senior relationships within target industry verticals
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high autonomy

Day to day

  • Identify, develop, and close strategic enterprise partnerships across Europe for mobility and financial services solutions
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and outreach through contract execution and onboarding
  • Build a strong regional pipeline, lead complex negotiations, and deliver signed agreements in a fast-paced scale-up environment
