What the job involves

• Manage multi-layered team of partner management professionals nurturing leaders on your team
• Act as primary escalation path and executive sponsor for your team and their partners
• Lead prioritization and acquisition of new strategic partners
• Identify and own initiatives aimed at improving revenue generation capabilities of Deel’s partnerships programs
• Act autonomously in identifying gaps in partner strategy business model and proactively solve with limited oversight
• Define expectations templates tools and strategies for the team
• Coordinate efforts across partners with Partner Operations Partner Acquisition and Leadership
• Manage multi-threaded partner C-suite stakeholders ensuring mutually beneficial commercial structure
• Implement and leverage tools and processes to improve team’s outbound efforts
