Who you are

• 8+ years experience in performance and brand marketing with successful campaign execution across digital channels
• 4+ years management experience with strong leadership skills
• Experience in developing and executing strategies in ecommerce or SaaS environments, preferably B2B SaaS
• Experience with freemium business models an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and structured work approach, experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics preferred)
• Strong communication skills and excellent team player
• Fluency in English required, German advantageous

What the job involves

• Lead an in-house team of performance marketing experts and manage global media agency relationships for growth and efficiency
• Handle all aspects of digital advertising, from brand campaigns to PPC for ecommerce revenue generation
• Shape and execute digital media and performance marketing strategy for a globally renowned IT brand
• Oversee digital channels such as SEA, Paid Social, programmatic advertising, retargeting, affiliates, and SEO
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure campaign orchestration and manage global digital marketing budget
• Provide insights and analysis on marketing performance and improve performance tracking and reporting
