- Minimum 8+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the education technology industry
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful regional marketing strategies
- Experience in managing and coaching a globally diverse marketing team
- Strong digital marketing expertise and proficiency in analytics (Tableau and Salesforce proficient)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
