Who you are

  • Bachelors in related business or operations field
  • MBA or equivalent Master preferred
  • 5-7 years in sales incentive compensation or related discipline
  • 7-10 years professional experience
  • 5+ years direct management experience
  • Experience with CaptivateIQ
  • Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Strong process management and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to convey complex scenarios succinctly.
