Who you are
Bachelors in related business or operations field
MBA or equivalent Master preferred
5-7 years in sales incentive compensation or related discipline
7-10 years professional experience
5+ years direct management experience
Experience with CaptivateIQ
Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Strong process management and analytical capabilities
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to convey complex scenarios succinctly.
