- Experience with CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong process management and analytical capabilities
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to convey complex scenarios succinctly.
