Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field
- 7+ years of relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years supporting Sales operations
- Experience establishing systems and processes for Sales teams or field-based medical functions
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel periodically within the U.S.
Nice to have
- Rare disease experience
- Specialty therapeutic area experience
- Life Sciences sales experience
Day to day
- Provide strategic and hands-on operational support to build and manage the infrastructure for an emerging Field Sales team.
- Develop scalable processes tools and systems that strengthen launch readiness team cadence and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Sales Marketing Commercial Operations Finance IT Compliance and Medical Affairs to coordinate planning reporting training and field execution.
