Requirements

  • Meaningful professional experience in accounting audit tax financial reporting controllership FP&A finance operations or related roles
  • Hands-on experience with accounting systems workpapers reconciliations financial statements audits tax filings or reporting processes
  • Ability to reason through complex transactions estimates controls compliance requirements or reporting decisions
  • Ability to explain why an answer is correct and distinguish theory from practical execution
  • 3 to 8 plus years of relevant experience preferred

Day to day

  • Evaluate and improve AI systems using real-world accounting workflows and artifacts.
  • Review accounting work for accuracy completeness and sound judgment across journal entries reconciliations statements and schedules.
  • Create realistic accounting scenarios and explain accounting decisions tradeoffs assumptions and risks in clear language.
