Requirements
- Solid experience in E-commerce or DTC, ideally premium haircare wellness beauty or subscription consumables
- Proven experience scaling high-growth DTC brands and strong hands-on execution in media buying creative strategy and funnel building
- Successfully navigated growth from $5M to $50M+ revenue and managed budgets of at least $200k per month
- Fluency in the DACH market and consumer with German language capability a strong plus
- Entrepreneurial operator with autonomy ownership and experience in fast-scaling multi-market brands
- Deep expertise in Shopify Plus Meta Google Ads Klaviyo Triple Whale Polar Analytics and GA4
- Experience managing teams and agencies and building high-performance marketing organizations across more than one market
Day to day
- Own the end-to-end DTC growth engine and drive profitable acquisition against financial targets.
- Lead paid media strategy across Meta Google Ads TikTok Native and affiliate channels as budgets scale rapidly.
- Optimize the Shopify site CRO funnel and retention systems to maximize LTV reduce churn and improve performance.
- Build dashboards analyze cohort data and partner with agencies teams and freelancers to scale growth with rigor.
