Who you are

• At least 5 years of experience in paid media or analytical roles with a track record of meaningful results
• Expertise in performance paid media principles such as keywords ads bidding automation and conversion funnels
• Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Google Ads Facebook GA4 and related tools
• Experience leveraging complex data to drive business decisions
• Strong Excel expertise required
• Competency in statistics preferred

• Maintain a sharp focus on bottom-line performance for the Paid Media P&L to drive expansion
• Manage tactical execution on Google Ads Bing Ads Facebook Ads programmatic display and remarketing
• Conduct profitability analysis on segments to unlock growth
• Analyze the paid search landscape and identify key opportunities
• Seek out growth opportunities
• Conduct competitive analyses and keyword research
• Monitor results closely and make informed decisions quickly
• Develop and launch data-driven experiences to optimize the conversion funnel
• Measure and report on performance
• Communicate with senior leadership on financial metrics issues and opportunities
