- Expertise in performance paid media principles such as keywords ads bidding automation and conversion funnels
- Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Google Ads Facebook GA4 and related tools
- Experience leveraging complex data to drive business decisions
- Strong Excel expertise required
- Competency in statistics preferred

Day to day
- Maintain a sharp focus on bottom-line performance for the Paid Media P&L to drive expansion
- Manage tactical execution on Google Ads Bing Ads Facebook Ads programmatic display and remarketing
- Conduct profitability analysis on segments to unlock growth
- Analyze the paid search landscape and identify key opportunities
- Seek out growth opportunities
- Conduct competitive analyses and keyword research
- Monitor results closely and make informed decisions quickly
- Develop and launch data-driven experiences to optimize the conversion funnel
- Measure and report on performance
- Communicate with senior leadership on financial metrics issues and opportunities
