Who you are

• Lead functional workshops with customers, document requirements, and design appropriate solutions
• Deliver and create super user and end-user training as needed
• Help customers define and document processes
• Assist technical consultants with architecting D365 CRM systems
• Create and lead on functional and solution design
• Create detailed project scope documents
• Manage, report, and mitigate risks and issues
• Advise customers on best practices for CRM processes and user interfaces
• Work with sales team on delivering tender response documents, estimates, and customer demonstrations
• 3+ years of Dynamics 365/Dynamics CRM
• Exposure to Dynamics 365 F&O
• Ability to balance short-term demands and long-term vision
• Ability to lead functional teams within multiple projects
• Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 projects
• Industry-leading knowledge of subject area
• Demonstrated analysis and communication skills
• Lead with clear methodology and functional capabilities
• Excellent cross-functional communicator
• Ability to work with junior team members
• Flexible with time
• Professional experience within an IT consultancy environment
• Extensive experience as a CE functional lead and/or CE senior functional consultant
• At least 8 end-to-end full lifecycle implementations of Dynamics 365
• Experience with SharePoint integration with CRM
• Exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and Visio
• Ability to work on Agile/Waterfall project delivery
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft PowerAutomate, PowerApps, CDM, and PowerBI
• CRM Certifications required

What the job involves

• The D365 Functional Consultant is responsible for all aspects of the functional workstream.
• They will be comfortable leading customer-facing functional workshops, teams of functional consultants, and interacting with technical workstreams and business analysts.
• They will deliver against requirements using code-free solutions and mentor team members both in a project and practice context.
