Requirements
- 8-10 years in ERP finance consulting
- 5+ years hands-on in D365 F&O or AX Finance modules
- 3+ full lifecycle implementations
- USA and India project exposure
- Localization experience for GST TDS US tax reporting and multi-company consolidations
- Agile delivery and onshore-offshore model experience
- Bachelor's or Master's in Finance Accounting or Business preferred
- CA CPA or MBA Finance preferred
- Microsoft certifications MB-310 and MB-300 essential
- Deep expertise in D365 Finance configuration
- Strong analytical skills for gap analysis and process mapping
- Excellent communication for C-suite workshops and documentation

Day to day
- Conduct finance process workshops to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for complex finance solutions.
- Configure and test core Finance modules while optimizing automation, audit trails, and compliance with statutory rules.
- Lead data migration, financial reporting setup, integrations, user training, UAT support, and go-live hypercare across global teams.
