Who you are

• Working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations / D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management / AX
• Understanding of business processes within Finance & Operations (purchase ledger, general ledger, and workflow)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Certification as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant or equivalent experience
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment

What the job involves

• Join our growing team to support Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations customers
• Ensure support tickets are logged, triaged, and resolved quickly
• Keep customers informed of progress at all times and update systems in line with supplier releases
• Engage regularly with customers and publicise new features introduced in each release
• Manage change safely by following change & release process
• Help design and implement new solutions under guidance of technical leads and solution architects
• Monitor day-to-day running of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations estate
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support calls, acting as the 3rd line of support
• Determine the impact and priority for incidents reported
