Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Experience providing eDiscovery technical and/or legal support on complex matters
  • Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model including collection processing review analytics and production
  • Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools and platforms such as Relativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree required

  • Paralegal training
  • eDiscovery certifications
  • Prior DOJ experience
  • Federal litigation support experience
  • Technical certifications

Day to day

  • Provide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support for DOJ’s JMD e-discovery program
  • Support litigation and non-litigation discovery workflows including FOIA and Congressional requests
  • Advise legal and technical staff on defensible eDiscovery practices across the discovery lifecycle
  • Coordinate data collection processing review analytics and production while preparing status reports and metrics
