Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
- Experience providing eDiscovery technical and/or legal support on complex matters
- Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model including collection processing review analytics and production
- Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools and platforms such as Relativity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Undergraduate degree required

- eDiscovery certifications
- Prior DOJ experience
- Federal litigation support experience
- Technical certifications
Day to day
- Provide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support for DOJ’s JMD e-discovery program
- Support litigation and non-litigation discovery workflows including FOIA and Congressional requests
- Advise legal and technical staff on defensible eDiscovery practices across the discovery lifecycle
- Coordinate data collection processing review analytics and production while preparing status reports and metrics
