Requirements
- Previous experience within industrial servicing or controls systems
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills with strong technical ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written
- Gas industry experience or HND HNC level qualifications
- Experience in the Biogas Biomethane industries would be advantageous
- Good team player with a willingness to learn

Day to day
- Maintain predominately Bio-Gas Grid Entry Units at client sites through servicing and planned preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues by carrying out fault finding system analysis and replacements where needed
- Test Grid Entry Units to confirm safe reliable operation and provide hands-on training to new users and operators
- Engage with clients understand problems suggest improvements and deliver remote support as part of an on-call rota
