Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school
  • Active bar membership in DC NY MA or CA
  • Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery experience
  • Current or recent Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm experience
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted eDiscovery and document review tools
  • Experience supporting large-scale litigation regulatory or investigation matters through all phases of the EDRM
  • Experience with document review platforms such as Relativity Nuix Discover or similar technologies
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong project management communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority matters in a deadline-driven environment

Day to day

  • Manage and coordinate eDiscovery workflows across the full EDRM, including preservation collection processing review analysis production and post-production activities
  • Partner with attorneys litigation support professionals and vendors to implement discovery strategies and meet project deadlines
  • Leverage AI-powered review tools analytics TAR/CAL workflows and legal technology to streamline defensible discovery processes
