Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in power system design relay settings installation packages and commissioning support
- Strong experience with AutoCAD and power system modeling tools such as SKM EasyPower or ETAP
- Knowledge of protection and control schemes substation layouts and electrical studies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience
- Able to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel 15-20% across the continental U.S.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment or random drug tests
- Available for extended and irregular hours as needed
- Comfortable working in both office and field environments
- Able to lift 20+ lbs and navigate uneven surfaces and elevated work areas
- Good vision hearing and English proficiency for safe communication in noisy environments

Day to day
- Lead electrical design projects for critical energy infrastructure and substation upgrades.
- Create detailed power system solutions from analysis through specification and commissioning support.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and field service teams to deliver practical on-site and remote-ready design work.
- Perform power system studies and develop control and protection designs that improve reliability and safety.
