Requirements
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Ability to work under pressure and make important decisions
- Electrical engineering and design experience required
- Battery industry experience preferred
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Motivated to deliver with a structured approach
- Team player with continuous improvement mindset
- Hands-on electrical background
- Technical design experience essential
- EV Charging and/or Battery industry experience preferred
- Experience with DNOs
- Degree qualified is advantageous
- Right to work in the UK
Day to day
- Lead electrical engineering aspects of EV Charging Point installations
- Design and specify electrical equipment
- Review DNO designs, battery technology, and power generation
- Provide technical guidance and attend project meetings
- Conduct regular drawing reviews and maintain design competency within the team
