Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical experience
- 2 to 5 years of electrical product development experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with Siemens NX or SolidWorks for 3D CAD modeling and 2D drafting
- Knowledge of electrical systems wiring harnesses and panel design
- Strong documentation communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams suppliers and customers

- Marine industry experience
- Recreational vehicle experience
- ABYC knowledge
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Boat handling experience
Day to day
- Design and develop AC/DC electrical systems including panels wiring harnesses and distribution systems
- Create electrical system layouts harness routing and panel designs using 3D CAD tools
- Build install test troubleshoot and validate prototype electrical systems while supporting manufacturing and product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams suppliers and internal engineering groups to improve quality manufacturability and technical accuracy
