Requirements
- Completed training meeting SOLAS STCW and maritime safety regulations for low voltage electrical work
- Valid ETO License preferred
- Experience operating maintaining and troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
- Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams manuals and schematics
- Proven ability to work safely in a maritime environment
- Clear courteous English speaking skills
- Ability to read and write English for procedures and instructions

Day to day
- Operate and maintain electrical and electronic equipment aboard vessels to ensure reliable performance.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings schematics and manuals to support complex systems and repairs.
- Assist with installation troubleshooting and safe operation of shipboard electrical systems while reporting updates to the Chief Electrical Engineer.
