Who you are

• Proficiency in Systems Engineering
• Experience in Electrical Engineering
• Demonstrated capability in requirements and verification including requirement engineering, requirements management, verification
• Active Secret security clearance
• Experience leading teams in generation of technical data products
• Highly effective communication skills, including ability to explain complex concepts, lead reviews, and negotiate requirements
• Experience integrating across functional organizations
• 9+ years of professional experience

Desirables

• Self-starter
• Experience with DOORS or DOORS Next
• Experience with FBM program or working with the Navy or Submarine exposure

What the job involves

• Support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program by joining the Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) team as a Systems Engineer
• Develop/analyze/verify system level requirements and document & manage accordingly
• Coordinate with customer and other contractors to execute verification analyses and tests
• Organize/coordinate domain expert objective evidence creation and documentation
• Organize/coordinate system level technical reviews
• Mentor the team and provide guidance to early career staff
