Requirements
- Minimum three years of bench-level electronics and maintenance experience onboard a vessel or in a similar entertainment industry position
- Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge and skills with both Windows and Mac systems, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Amos
- Intermediate to Advanced level knowledge and experience in the operation of entertainment technical systems, such as lighting, sound, or automation
- Basic operational knowledge of rigging equipment preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced English verbal and writing skills, including proper use of English grammar
- Minimum of a Vocational Degree or Technical Diploma in Electronic Engineering from an accredited educational institution or foreign equivalent
- Position-specific STCW training from an accredited educational institution
Day to day
- Maintain high standard of quality in technical aspects of Broadcast, Audio-Visual, Sound, Lights and Rigging Systems onboard
- Keep all entertainment systems well-maintained for optimal guest satisfaction
- Assist with cleaning and upkeep of entertainment effect lighting, amplifier filters, and other systems to ensure they are dust and debris-free
