Secret security clearance (within 5 years)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or applicable technical experience
General electrical engineering knowledge
Experience in electronic system and subsystem design and test
Experience in systems analysis, software-driven operations, and test schemes
Ability to develop system and subsystem performance requirements
Excellent communication skills
Work well in interdisciplinary environment
Desirables
5-10 years of electronics engineering experience
Perform requirements definition, design trades, interface definitions, development estimating and tasking
Electronic systems integration, testing, and troubleshooting experience
Use test equipment to support acceptance testing, manufacturing production, and in-process testing
Complex customer and supplier relationships
What the job involves
Technical oversight, integration, and monitoring of major subsystem development subcontracts
Assist senior personnel in ICP / Processor design, selection and updates
Integration of processors with other air vehicle subsystems
Requirements/Product development and analysis
Hardware verification/qualification
Transition to production activities
Design reviews and ICD updates
Processor selection and updates
Lab testing and updates
Validation/verification of Processor systems and subcomponents
Work on and collaborate with cross-functional teams with other engineering disciplines
Mentoring under more experienced engineers
