Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology Computer Engineering or related IT discipline or equivalent experience
- 12+ years minimum experience
- Proven experience with Eloquence Author and Eloquence Correspondence Management solutions
- Experience developing and maintaining document templates forms and automated communications
- Strong understanding of XML XSLT XPath and related document technologies
- Experience with data mapping and integration
Day to day
- Develop and maintain Eloquence Author document templates and automated correspondence solutions.
- Work with document generation, correspondence management, XML, XSLT, and XPath to support accurate output.
- Perform data mapping, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable document workflows.
