  • Strong copywriting instincts with compelling subject lines CTAs and body copy
  • Familiarity with SMS campaign best practices including TCPA and opt-in flows

Day to day

  • Refresh and redesign automated Email and SMS campaigns to improve click and conversion performance
  • Write and build responsive HTML emails for major clients in a mobile-first environment
  • Design new journeys for referrals and patient onboarding with clear, compelling copy and strong targeting
  • Build SMS workflows that support form completion and appointment booking while following compliance best practices
