• 2+ years of experience managing client relationships
• Expert understanding of email marketing tactics and strategies
• Understanding of customer funnel and key performance indicators
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proactively engage clients with strategic insights, best practices, and industry trends
• Ensure client satisfaction through superior customer service and email marketing expertise
• Understand client business objectives and develop evolving playbooks to drive client success
• Manage support team to align efforts with the agreed scope of work and triage client emergencies
• Build relationships with key client stakeholders and provide leadership team with client summary and feedback
• Lead a team of digital marketing analysts to execute client requests with accuracy and timeliness
