Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing automation CRM marketing or lifecycle marketing
- 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience in an enterprise environment
- Strong proficiency in HTML CSS and SQL
- Experience with AMPscript API integrations data modeling and segmentation
- Proven experience managing large-scale automated campaigns and customer journeys
- Strong understanding of email deliverability best practices
- Experience with CRM systems and customer data platforms
- Knowledge of privacy and compliance regulations such as CASL GDPR and CAN-SPAM

Day to day
- Lead the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing automation programs that improve engagement and revenue growth.
- Build and optimize multi-channel customer journeys, triggered campaigns, nurture streams, and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable campaigns, clean data workflows, and actionable reporting.
