What the job involves
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Work closely with content and marketing teams to create engaging and relevant content for email campaigns including copy images and links
Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and effective campaigns
Set up and manage email marketing automation and workflows
Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns using metrics such as open rates click-through rates and conversions
Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content design and subject lines
Ensure email marketing practices comply with laws and best practices e.g. CAN-SPAM GDPR
Work closely with the design team content creators and other marketing professionals to ensure consistent brand messaging
Utilize customer data to personalize and improve email marketing efforts
