Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in designing and formatting email templates, delivery and execution of email campaigns, and reporting analyses of campaign engagement and production.
  • A comprehensive understanding of email best practices, testing, deployment, and reporting using CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign Standard preferred).
  • A proficiency with HTML/CSS for email design and manipulation.
  • Knowledge in data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, CASL).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain valid gaming license as required for Oneida Nation Enterprises.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project Management efficacy: highly organized, results-oriented, and able to take initiative and lead projects.
  • The ability to work independently and as a team; ability to manage multiple projects and staff, including freelancers and vendors.

Day to day

  • The Email Marketing Specialist will work under the CRM Manager and collaborate with the enterprise and casino marketing teams to elevate our brands’ presence, increase guest engagement, and drive long-term profitability not only through email, but also direct mail and SMS communications.
  • Execute and measure performance of various communication campaigns for brands including Turning Stone Resort Casino, YBR Casino & Sports Book, Point Place Casino, The Lake House at Sylvan Beach, hotels, golf, spas, restaurants, nightlife, weddings, sales, convenience stores, retail stores, marinas, and eco-tourism.
  • Craft and deliver reporting analyses, along with opportunistic recommendations, to marketing leadership.
