Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of email and SMS marketing experience at DTC consumer brands, ideally in health wellness beauty or consumables
  • Deep hands-on Klaviyo expertise including advanced flow architecture dynamic segmentation deliverability optimization A/B testing and performance analytics
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Recharge in a subscription DTC context
  • Proficient with HTML and CSS for email template customization and rendering troubleshooting
  • Power user of Excel Google Sheets and AI platforms for data analysis reconciliation and reporting
  • Demonstrated procedural QA discipline with documented checklists and clean execution at scale
  • Hands-on experience reconciling data across email subscription ecommerce and attribution platforms
  • Solid understanding of compliance for email and SMS marketing including FTC TCPA CAN-SPAM and GDPR
  • Comfortable working independently against a roadmap while staying tightly aligned with a strategic leader
  • Remote-first mindset with strong written communication

  • Execute day-to-day email and SMS campaigns across lifecycle programs for a fast-growing DTC health and wellness brand
  • Build, QA, and deploy automated flows, dynamic content, segmentation, and scheduled sends with precision and consistency
  • Monitor deliverability, data integrity, and reporting while partnering closely with lifecycle, copy, ecommerce, and CX teams
