Who you are

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science STEM or similar
  • Experienced with Linux packaging such as Debian RPM and Yocto
  • Proficient in C and C++ coding
  • Capable of working in a globally distributed team showing self-discipline and motivation.

Desirables

  • Good networking knowledge
  • Security best practices in server/IoT
  • Public speaking experience
  • Docker/OCI/K8s proficiency



What the job involves

  • Design and implement Ubuntu integrations for state-of-the-art IoT and server hardware
  • Work closely with partners to enhance the Ubuntu experience on their platforms
  • Lead technical efforts on complex system architecture implementations from cloud to the edge.
