Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with DO-178C standards and DAL-A verification experience
  • Experience in unit testing and functional testing methodologies
  • Proven experience in test automation and test framework development
  • Experience with structural coverage tools such as LDRA VectorCAST or similar
  • Experience with object code analysis and low-level verification
  • Solid understanding of embedded systems and software-hardware interaction
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident due to ITAR requirements

Day to day

  • Perform verification and validation of embedded avionics software to support safety-critical aerospace programs.
  • Develop and execute unit tests functional tests and automated test scripts with strong attention to compliance and quality.
  • Design maintain and trace test cases procedures regression suites and certification artifacts for regulatory review.
