Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in BDR SDR inside sales lead generation or similar customer-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
  • Comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of activity

Day to day

  • Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers across the EMEA market.
  • Run outbound prospecting campaigns through email phone LinkedIn and other channels to generate interest.
  • Engage senior stakeholders qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives while maintaining accurate CRM records.
