Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in BDR SDR inside sales lead generation or similar customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Comfortable engaging senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of activity

Day to day
- Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers across the EMEA market.
- Run outbound prospecting campaigns through email phone LinkedIn and other channels to generate interest.
- Engage senior stakeholders qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives while maintaining accurate CRM records.
