What the job involves

• Oversight of key client account finance management for EMEA region. Lead, direct and structure EMEA finance team, ensuring compliance with financial policies. Provide strategic financial advice, manage relationships, and ensure accurate financial reporting for both client and corporate.
• Manage client/business unit relationships, support high staff morale and trust. Develop relevant financial policies and procedures, ensure timely production of financial reports. Coordinate and track cost-saving initiatives and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure robust financial controls, audit business data, manage invoice payments and maintain compliance with legal obligations. Oversee P&L and balance sheet reporting, optimize finance processes and manage cash flow. Create succession plans for all roles in the finance team.
