What the job involves
Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payrolls for around 1400 employees
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment law
Manage payroll-related system and workflow development in collaboration with IT.
Oversee month-end payroll journal approvals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Assist in ad hoc payroll projects and strategic decision-making.
