What the job involves

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly payrolls for around 1400 employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment law
  • Manage payroll-related system and workflow development in collaboration with IT.
  • Oversee month-end payroll journal approvals and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
  • Assist in ad hoc payroll projects and strategic decision-making.
