Role
Who you are
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation or Sales Operations role
- Experience at a high-growth technology company
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to partner effectively across functions and levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated success in a collaborative, matrixed organisation
- Good business acumen
- High degree of motivation, responsibility, and flexibility
- Experienced in change management
- Ability to operate and deliver independently
- Fluent in English
What the job involves
- Lead implementation and administration of sales compensation programs in the EMEA region
- Ensure compensation aligns with business priorities and is performance-based
- Collaborate with sales leadership, sales teams, finance, and human resources to manage compensation aspects
- Oversee management and configuration of the sales commission system
- Provide support and advice to human resources and other stakeholders on compensation programs and policies
- Resolve commission disputes and manage exceptions processes
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of variable incentive payments
