Requirements
- 5+ years experience in engineering servicing commissioning or technical support for physical electronic security systems
- Thorough understanding of IT principles and practices
- Good understanding of enterprise security in a business environment
- Solid understanding of security operations design and system integration
- Good understanding of Analog and IP CCTV access control and intrusion systems
- Ability to learn Lenel Milestone and Galaxy systems
- Lenel Certified to minimum professional level
- IT literate and proficient
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products

Day to day
- Provide project service engineering support for physical security systems and connected devices.
- Carry out design support programming evaluation commissioning call-out maintenance and verification tasks to keep systems compliant.
- Review technical documents standards trackers and reporting metrics while coordinating with vendors consultants and internal teams to improve delivery and quality.
- Configure and validate security systems and network components including CCTV access control intrusion systems and LNVR setup in line with enterprise standards.
