Remote Employee Relations Manager Job in United States Cohere Health

Who you are

• 4+ years of professional experience in an Employee Relations capacity
• Experience with a call center/contact center environment or a heavily populated non-exempt workforce
• Experience in a healthcare/health tech/software tech company preferred
• Experience with Google Suite preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills
• Understanding of state and federal laws concerning employee relations
• Knowledge of legal requirements associated with people management
• Excellent time management skills and multitasking ability
• Ability to complete projects with limited supervision and sense of urgency
• High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Adaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and demands
• Based in either EST or CST time zone

What the job involves

• Support People Business Partners by leading routine employee relations processes and investigations to conclusion
• Formulate and recommend employee relations procedures in all areas of employee relations, follow and promote employee relations best practices
• Assist with execution of annual processes and initiatives across the People Business Partnership Team
• Conduct investigations, gather facts, identify root cause, and provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary action
• Present findings, coordinate training programs, and develop/update company policies and SOPs related to employee relations topics
