Who you are
6+ years PQE
Ability to create great relationships with blue chip organisations
Solid track record of supporting HR teams in large organisations
Excellent knowledge of all areas of employment law
Practical approach to employee relations challenges
Experienced in working with Trade Unions and TUPE
Experienced in complex contentious respondent matters
Ability to balance competing priorities and time pressures
Willing and able to deliver innovative and engaging training experiences
Willingness to travel and stay overnight in the UK when necessary

What the job involves
Work with HR teams in large organisations handling all areas of employment law
Act almost like an in-house employment law and ER service providing advice, tribunal representation, investigations, training, diversity & inclusion and e-learning solutions
Collaborate closely with clients providing a unique integrated service delivery model
Travel to client premises and employment tribunals across the UK with necessary overnight stays
