Who you are
- Law degree and licensed to practise law in the UK or a common law jurisdiction
- Minimum 2 years post qualification employment law experience in private practice and in-house
- Experience with large multinational employers in EMEA
- Ability to work collaboratively with legal and non-legal colleagues and senior management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to assess risks
