Who you are
Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer (CILEx) with experience in Employment Law particularly in managing employment tribunal litigation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of managing a diverse workload and meeting deadlines.
Team-oriented comfortable working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.

What the job involves
Managing both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Handling Employment Tribunal claims for respondents, drafting ET3 responses, preparing trial bundles, and drafting witness statements.
Advising on TUPE, redundancy, discrimination, unfair dismissal, and other employment matters.
Drafting/reviewing contracts of employment, employee handbooks, and day-to-day letters/documents like disciplinary invites and outcome letters.
Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing tailored advice.
