  • 5 to 7 years in SaaS Sales Enablement with Sales / Sales support experience
  • Relationship development, being a trusted advisor and strategic partner to support our goals
  • Create enablement resources, including playbooks, guides, and presentations, tailored to the needs of the team

What the job involves

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver targeted enablement programmes that increase productivity
  • Design and implement programmes that equip sales teams with the tools and skills needed to succeed
  • Improve sales processes and workflows, aligning our goals and areas for improvement
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement programmes, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance impact
  • Lead workshops, coaching sessions and ongoing trainings, ensuring development and upskilling of the sales team
