What the job involves
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver targeted enablement programmes that increase productivity
Design and implement programmes that equip sales teams with the tools and skills needed to succeed
Improve sales processes and workflows, aligning our goals and areas for improvement
Measure the effectiveness of enablement programmes, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance impact
Lead workshops, coaching sessions and ongoing trainings, ensuring development and upskilling of the sales team
