• Subscription/app-based business experience, preferably in Financial Services
• Expert in marketing approaches for behavior change
• Proven record in delivering marketing strategies and meeting KPIs
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication
• Team leadership and talent development experience
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (Iterable, Hubspot, Braze), HTML, CSS, and MarTech tools
• Data handling and BI tools expertise (Looker, Tableau)

What the job involves

• Lead the member engagement function. Develop member-first strategies through data. Foster team development and stakeholder collaborations.
• Oversee engagement marketing functions across the UK/Europe team to meet objectives and KPIs. Drive strategic initiatives in the German market.
• Analyze and enhance team initiatives, performance, and communications. Autonomously lead and provide insights to senior stakeholders.
