What the job involves

• Report into the UK Lead Engagement Manager
• Manage day-to-day operations of the function including account management, talent deployment, and optimizing revenue
• Collaborate with different teams to pursue target customers and roles
• Develop and maintain relationships with all major stakeholders
• Negotiate rates and terms to meet margin requirements
• Ensure compliance with engagement processes and maintain CRM systems accuracy
