Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- PE Certification or ability and desire to obtain PE in other states
- Experience in mechanical design within a construction environment
- Ability to visit construction sites and operating industrial plants
- Knowledge of health and safety programs and project-specific regulations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience executing multiple EPC projects from bid through completion
- Knowledge of industry standards specifications and organizations

Day to day
- Provide technical direction for assigned mechanical design efforts before and after project award
- Review RFP, RFQ, and contract packages to identify technical requirements and prepare clear exceptions and clarifications
- Develop technical bid packages, evaluate equipment and subcontractors, and support constructability reviews and project execution
